In 1916, at the age of 14, Domenico Cocco started to work in a pasta factory. Over the years his passion became the pasta! He passed this passion to his son Giuseppe, who took over the family tradition in 1944.

--Farfalle is known as "bow-tie" pasta, the name is derived from the Italian word farfalla (butterfly). Thick enough for a variety of sauces, or a perfect addition to a number of  salad or soup recipes.   $6.50

--Rigatoni is a tubular pasta, perfect with any sauce, from cream or cheese to the chunkiest meat sauces. $6.50

-- Casareccia is a twisted tube pasta excellent to catch and hold sauce. That characteristic makes it an perfect choice for baked pasta dishes. $7.50

-- Sagnarelli is a rectangular ribbon pasta with fluted edges. It is typically served with a cream sauce. $7.50

-- Orecchiette, or "little ears,"  are small ovals which work well with both chunky sauces, pestos and tomato sauces. $7.50

-- Radiatore is shaped like a radiator or so they say.  Works well with thicker sauces. Use where you would fusilli.   $7.50

-- Penne is a cylinder-shaped pasta, particularly suited for sauces, such as penne, marinara, or arrabiata.  $6.50
