The Faella pasta factory was established in 1907. Its founder was Gaetano Faella, who spent his whole life producing the “good” durum wheat semolina pasta, inspired by the culture of his native village Gragnano, where producing pasta has always been an art.  Mario Faella, the current owner, believes in hard work and producing the best products.  The true semolina, delicious spring water, and the traditional process make this truly wonderful pasta.
