From the oldest olive mill in Tuscany, we offer two exceptional extra virgin olive oils. The olives are hand-harvested from October to December and cleaned within 20 hours of picking. 

Olive Nero, from fully ripe, black olives, has a delicate fragrance, sweet taste, and is golden with hints of emerald.

Olive Verde, from unripened green olives, has an intense bouquet, harmonious spicy/bitter notes, and is emerald green, almost golden.
