A white balsamic condiment made of 100% must of Trebbiano grapes, aged in wooden barrels for 8 years with saffron. The smell is delightfully sweet and sour.

Oranges from Sicily, mix with the Prelibato white Balsamic Condiment, aged in wooden barrels, make up the Orange Balsamic.

Fig Balsamic condiment is made with 100% cooked grape must and syrup of the best figs from the South of Italy, aged together in wooden barrels for 5 years.
